Sample burial register from the Guimarães municipal cemetery between 1917 and 1919. The register contains name, place of birth, age, marital status, occupation, residence), along with the date and time of death, the cause of death, origin and duration of illness, the name of the cemetery for burial, and the signatures of the physician/surgeon and the parish health commissioner.
